House Rules & Check-in

Rules:

• Please leave the space the way you found it.
• Turn off the air conditioner when not in the house. 
• At departure, turn lights off except porch. 
• Return the kitchen to the original condition: put dishes away, check the coffee filter, toss fridge items.
• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7:30am
• Pet policy: Not suitable for pets
  
• Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 11:00 AM
• 2 guests maximum
• Self-check-in
• No smoking
• No parties or events

• There are late check out fees and lost key fees as additional rent. Checking out after 11:10am fee is $50. and an additional $1. per minute of every minute there after. Send a message when checked out.

• Late checkout causing the cancelation of a reservation or cancelation of a cleaning will be charged to you. For example, you check out late causing the following guest cancelation or the cleaning cancelation, you are responsible to reimburse for any resulting charges including the cost of the guests canceled reservation.

• Pest Policy: No refunds, partial credits, or financial reimbursements will be issued for encounters with bugs, mice, or other pests, as these are natural occurrences beyond our control.Proactive Treatment Only: Our sole responsibility upon receiving a pest report is to provide prompt, professional remediation or treatment to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.Cancellations, and Refunds No Cancellations or Alterations: This property is located in a natural environment where local wildlife, insects, and rodents exist. We do not accept reservation cancellations, dates alterations, or early departures due to the presence of pests. No Reimbursements or Refunds: The property is professionally treated and inspected regularly.
